Can I track my orders?

Yes, to check the status of your order, you need to find the corresponding order in the "orders" tab or in the detailed information about the machine in the list of recent orders. 

After finding the order number next to it in the table, information about its status will immediately appear in the "order status" column. If the order has been shipped, you can check the status of the shipment by going to the details of the order by clicking on the order number, and then going to the link available in the "delivery" section and in the "shipment" section with the name of the courier company that handles the delivery.

How can I check the printer's serial number?
The serial number of the printer can be found on the back or side of the device on the nameplate, most often near the bar code and the power cord (next to the "serial no." marking). In addition, you can check it on the device's menu screen (menu-tools-device information).
How do I change the location address of the device?
To change the address of the machine's location, please contact us using the form below. If the shipping address of consumables dedictated for machine is to be different from the machine location address, please include it in the same message.
How can I change the shipping address for the consumable orders?
To change the shipping address  for the consumable orders, please contact us using the form below. If the machine's location address has also changed, please include it in the same message.
Where can I see my products on eBIZ?
You can find a list of your printers in the “My products- machines” tab. The “My products- solutions” tab lists your other products, such as centralized print management software, among others.
Jak mogę się zarejestrować?

Aby zarejestrować konto należy przejść do strony: https://ds-ecommerce.konicaminolta.pl/ i wybrać zakładę "Zarejestruj się". 

Na portalu eBIZ istnieją dwa sposoby utworzenia konta. Można zarejestrować się samodzielnie, korzystając z procesu samodzielnej rejestracji lub konto może zostać utworzone przez administratora firmy.

Do utworzenia konta użytkownika potrzebny jest numer umowy (znajdujący się na jednej z pierwszych stron dokumentu, składa się on z liter i cyfr) oraz numer identyfikacyjny urządzenia (numer konfiguracyjny lub numer seryjny). Informacje dotyczące umowy oraz numeru urządzenia są polami obowiązkowymi i muszą być wypełnione w każdym przypadku, aby można było utworzyć konto użytkownika. W następnym kroku należy uzupełnić swoje dane kontaktowe takie jak imię, nazwisko oraz adres e-mail. Dodatkowo należy założyć hasło i zaakceptować warunki korzystania z portalu. Po utworzeniu konta należy potwierdzić je poprzez kliknięcie w link aktywacyjny otrzymany w wiadomości e-mail od Konica Minolta.

How do I cancel my email subscription regarding service orders or consumable orders?
Email subscription regarding service orders or consumable orders are automatically saved when you create an account on the eBIZ portal. You can remove such notifications by clicking on the person icon, then to the "notifications" tab, and then clicking the x button next to the corresponding subscription you would like to remove.
How can I check the current toner levels of the printer?
To check the current toner levels of a printer, find the specific machine in the "products-my-devices" tab, and then access detailed information about it by clicking on the serial number or service item number. If the machine has an active monitoring system, a graph should appear at the top of the page showing the current toner levels of each colour and the date of the last update.
We haven't received any toners, isn't the machine supposed to order this automatically?

To verify whether the machine is equipped with a remote monitoring system, please see the list of your machines or go to the details of your machine and check if the message “OPS- yes” is displayed. 

If the machine is equipped with a monitoring system, please verify if the package has been sent to you in the “Recent consumable orders” tab. In the few cases where delivery problems occur, shipments are returned to the sender. In such cases, please verify the address of the consumables delivery and create a new consumable order for the returned product, if needed. If the address of the consumables delivery is out of date, please contact us using the form available below.

Is the use of the portal for free?
Yes, the use of the eBIZ portal is completely free of charge.
